Customer drove in with a $10,000 estimate from Audi dealer. I assessed the current running condition of the engine and found that even though the timing chain had jumped a few teeth, there was no valve to piston contact. I replaced the timing system with an upgraded kit. Cost was 1/4 of what Audi wanted.
